1. The Deposit:
   1. A deposit of £20 secures your portfolio shoot.
   2. Until the deposit, or the shoot, is paid, and confirmed, your shoot date is not secure.
2. The Balance:
   1. "The balance" is defined as the total amount you will pay before the shoot, less £20, and any payments made for a makeup artist.
   2. The balance is due 2 weeks before the shoot date.
   3. If the shoot date is less than two weeks away at the time of booking then the balance is due immediately.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
   1. In the unlikely event that we (nomohi) need to cancel the shoot your deposit and any other payments will be refunded in total.
   2. In the event that you have to cancel the shoot £20 of all payments made is considered non-refundable regardless of whether you actually made a seperate "deposit" payment
   3. The balance and any payments made towards a makeup artist are refundable only if we're notified of the cancellation a week in advance
4. Postponing or moving (rebooking) a shoot
   1. Shoots can be indefinately postponed or rebooked (but not cancelled), by you the client, up to 24 hours before the original shoot date without incurring a financial penalty
   2. The new date must be mutually agreed by both parties
   3. A shoot can be indefinately postponed for a maximum of three months after the original shoot date. If the shoot is not rebooked in this time no refund of any kind is due, and you will not be notified of the fact.
   4. A shoot can only be postponed or rebooked a maximum of three times. After this time no refund of any kind is due, and you will not be notified of the fact.
5. Payment method
   1. Payment can be made by debit/credit card (paypal) or by nomohi gift certificate (see below for certificate terms)
   2. No other form of payment is acceptable. Apologies.
6. The Shoot itself
   1. Lateness:
      1. The shoot will finish two hours after the AGREED start time, regardless of the actual time you turn up. Therefore, if you arrive late your shoot will be shortened so that it finishes at the original time.
      2. nomohi will not be held responsible for the traffic enroute to your shoot, or the lack of parking when you arrive - we strongly recommend you build some contigency into your journey time.
      3. Likewise, nomohi will not be held responsible for an act of god (eg Car accidents, deaths in the family etc) causing you to be late or miss your shoot entirely. Apologies.
      4. No refunds will be offered as a result of lateness.
      5. Shoots can not be postponed or rebooked less than 24 hours before the original shoot date.
      6. In other words: please don't be late!
   2. The two hour shoot includes time needed to do your hair or makeup. No extra time will be added if this takes longer than expected.
   3. You may bring a maximum of two chaperones to the shoot, regardless of the number of people being photographed. Any additional people are invited to enjoy the sea front, not five minutes walk from our premises.
   4. the shoot is only for clients who have pre-booked and pre-paid. No one else will be photographed on the day - even if they turn up with the correct money.
7. Photographs
   1. A copy of all the photographs taken will be provided on CD. This may be on the day or up to a week later.
   2. Further "artworked" images will be provided after the shoot - however this is at the discretion of the photographer and may be impossible dependant on current workloads.
   3. A selection of the images from the shoot may be used on the nomohi family of websites (nomohi.com, nomohigallery.com, nomorehiding.com, nomohimembers.com, nomohicontent.com, justactors.co.uk, photoboxgallery.com/nomohi) for promotional purposes. Access to these images may involve a membership fee but will not constitute a sale to the copyright of these images.
8. Gift Certificates
   1. Gift certificates must be used within six months of purchase
   2. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or other nomohi products
   3. Gift certificates will only be accepted along with the full name of the person who originally purchased the certificate, the date on which it was purchased, and the amount. This information is used for verification purposes and matched against our paypal account. Without this information, and a positive match, the certificate is null & void.
   4. The certificate can only be used once.
   5. A "half the cost" certificate covers just that:"half the cost" of a basic portfolio shoot (no extras included). The balance of any arranged shoot must be settled two weeks before the shoot date.
