1. The Deposit:
   1. A non-refundable deposit of £100 secures your Glamour Photographer shoot.
   2. Until this deposit is paid, and confirmed, the date is not secure.
2. The Balance:
   1. "The balance" is defined as the total amount you will pay before the shoot, less £100.
   2. The balance is due 2 weeks before the shoot date.
   3. If the shoot date is less than two weeks away at the time of booking then the balance is due immediately.
3. Unacceptable Behaviour
   1. The following is deemed unacceptable behaviour:
      1. Turning up at the shoot with any "guests" (be they male or female).
      2. Touching the model in any way.
      3. Exposing yourself or disrobing in any way.
      4. Any lewd or suggestive comments.
      5. Bringing any alcoholic beverages with you
   2. Unacceptable behaviour will result in the immediate cancellation of the shoot without any form of refund. Any pictures taken will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave.
4. Providing Your Own Model
   1. All other terms of the shoot remain the same
   2. We can't guarantee that your wife or girlfriend will actually be able to model, and this may be reflected in the photos.
   3. Your model will do her own hair and makeup.
   4. No extra time will be allowed for your model to get herself ready.
   5. Progress might be a little slower due to the modelling experience of your model.
   6. The model must actually be your wife, girlfriend, or friend. You must not "hire" a model for the day
   7. The model must be female.
   8. The model needs to bring her own clothes.
   9. You're responsible for getting the model to the shoot. If your model fails to show on the day, or is late, your fee is not refundable and no extra time will be allowed.
   10. We will see your model naked. Sorry, we don't do tuition with our eyes closed.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
   1. In the unlikely event that we (nomohi) need to cancel the shoot your deposit and any other payments will be refunded in total.
   2. In the event that you have to cancel the shoot £100 of all payments made is considered non-refundable. There are no exceptions to this rule.
   3. The balance (total of all payments less £100) is refundable only if we're notified of the cancellation seven calendar days in advance
6. Postponing or moving (rebooking) a shoot
   1. Shoots can be postponed (without setting a new date), or rebooked, but not cancelled, by you the client, up to 24 hours before the original shoot date without incurring a financial penalty.
   2. The new date must be mutually agreed by both parties.
   3. A shoot can be postponed for a maximum of three months after the original shoot date. If the shoot is not rebooked in this time no refund of any kind is due, and you will not be notified of the fact.
   4. A shoot can only be postponed or rebooked a maximum of twice. After this time no refund of any kind is due, and you will not be notified of the fact.
7. Payment method
   1. Payment can be made by debit/credit card (paypal) via this website or email request.
   2. No other form of payment is acceptable. Apologies.
8. Photographs
   1. A copy of all the photographs taken (by you) will be provided on CD/DVD. This may be on the day or up to a week later.
   2. The model will sign a model release form to you (the photographer) allowing you to use the photographs for whatever you see fit, and provide a (depersonalized) copy of her ID.
   3. A selection of the images from the shoot may be used on the nomohi family of websites (nomohi.com, nomohigallery.com, nomorehiding.com, nomohimembers.com, nomohicontent.com, justactors.co.uk, photoboxgallery.com/nomohi) for promotional purposes. Access to these images may involve a membership fee but will not constitute a sale to the copyright of these images.
